Terms and Conditions

This Subscription Terms and Billing Agreement (Agreement) is a legally binding contract between you (User, Subscriber, or You) and The One Dollar Company (Company), a subsidiary and affiliated entity of FactBrands LLC, a limited liability company registered in the United States, with its registered office in New Mexico, United States.

By subscribing to any subscription plan offered by The One Dollar Company, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Corporate Relationship

The One Dollar Company operates as a subsidiary, affiliate, and/or brand of FactBrands LLC. All subscriptions are offered and administered under the legal structure of FactBrands LLC and its affiliated entities.

2. Subscription Structure and Pricing

The Company offers a subscription model designed to maintain the promise of affordability under a "one dollar per month" value concept, structured as follows:

• ● The first month of the subscription is billed at USD $1.00.
• ● After the initial month, the subscription is billed at USD $3.00 every three (3) months (quarterly billing), representing an effective cost of USD $1.00 per month.

By subscribing, you expressly agree to this billing structure and acknowledge that quarterly billing is used solely for operational, administrative, and payment processing efficiency.

3. Automatic Renewal

The subscription renews automatically unless canceled by the Subscriber prior to the next billing cycle. By entering your payment information, you authorize The One Dollar Company to charge your selected payment method in accordance with the billing schedule described herein.

4. No Refund Policy

All subscription fees are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable, including partial billing periods, except where required by applicable law.

5. Non-Transferability

Subscriptions are strictly personal and non-transferable.

• 1 Each subscription is limited to ONE (1) unique email address.
• 2 Multiple users may not share a single subscription.
• 3 Subscriptions may not be sold, transferred, sublicensed, gifted, or assigned to another individual or entity.

6. Suspension and Termination

The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate any subscription if terms are violated or fraudulent activity is detected. Termination may occur without prior notice and without refund.

7. Arbitration Agreement

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the subscription shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration conducted in the State of New Mexico, United States. YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY AND ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION.
